Aknowledging Jr. Croc is poisoned, Toxiko keeps his distance and stalls him out.

The spiked crocodile lunges at Toxiko, but he jumps back and unleases a Gunk Geiser from below and sends Jr. Croc into the sky. Upon him falling down, Toxiko attempts firing a Sludge Tsunami, but nothing happens.

Toxiko: Stupid Special Power 3rd wall thing.. I guess I’ll have to stall out his poisoning..

Jr. Croc: Ha! The *gag* *cough* only thing you’re going to be stalling is what I’ll be inSTALLING in you, a spike bullet of doom! Nyeheheh!

Everyone: …

Toxiko: With that terrible pun aside, prepared to be stalled to the death! Come at me bro.

Jr. Croc extends a spike out of his eggshell, which fires at Toxiko at a blinding speed.

Toxiko: Woah!

Thinking fast, Toxiko hurls a Poison Blob, which wasn’t a good defense to the spike missile, and it bursts. The spike collides with Toxiko, and he goes flying back. He retaliates more Poison Blobs,  keeping Jr. Croc away. He shoots two spikes simultaneously, of which were badly aimed, so were an ease to dodge with a duck. Firing more blobs, Toxiko notices Jr. Croc getting weaker from the poison.

Jr. Croc: You.. *cough* won’t win.. *gag*

He collapses on the forest ground, and the many spikes on his eggshell shatter.

Toxiko: Hah! I didn’t think this would be any easier.

Meanwhile..

Wirby: Gah! I didn’t think this would be any harder!

Syko: Well if you wouldn’t of pulled your stupid *pant* joke and caused a self-induced laugh, we wouldn’t be in this mess..

Wirby and Syko are sprinting away from a fleet of enraged Scarfies, devious orange creatures that only reveal their true evil form if they are agitated.

Syko: Bushes! Jump in them!

They dive into a nearby cluttered bush.

Syko: Phew.. They lost us.. Er.. what’s this sticky stuff on the ground? Honey? Ew..

Wirby: Seems like a sticky situation, eh?

Syko: Oh Wirby, you idiot, this isn’t a time to be making stupid puns..

Wirby: Gosh, your insults don’t have to be so sappy..

Syko slugs Wirby one.

Wirby: Ouch..

Syko: Remember what the Dreams Busters told us before, if we’re going to get through our expeditions we’re going to have to work together.

Wirby: Fine.. But punching me isn’t helping.. Anyway, here’s the map. We set out to find the golden honey from this forest, Goldencomb Woods, so that particular tree should beeee.. *scrolls the map* somewhere.. uh..

Syko: Give me that..  We can’t be lost.. *snags the map* Well.. there’s that tree.. that we passed.. I think.. and..

A bush rustles..

Wirby: Oh god, Cr- er, Scarfies!

Just then, three Scarfies in their red colored true forms emerged from the nearby conveniently placed hiding bush!

Wirby takes out his spear, and Syko turns on his scouter.. for some reason.

Wirby: What are you doing? We have to fight them!

Syko: Okay okay, hold on.. Say ‘what does the scouter say about his power level’?

Wirby: Ooh ooh.. I love this joke.. What does the scouter say about his power level?

Syko: It’s over NIIINE-

The Scarfies lash out and chomp with gaping mouths!

Wirby: Aw man.. didn’t get to finish the joke..

He thrusts his spear at one of the Scarfies, but it avoids it; as they can float. It swiftly flies above Wirby, but a blast of energy sends it to the ground.

Wirby: Thanks Sy- Look out!

The other two Scarfies come from two different directions!

Wirby throws a spear toward the Scarfies, but it barley avoids Syko.

Syko: Hey!

Wirby: Aiming for them.. heh..

He quickly reacts and ducks, but the Scarfies seemed smarter than the average Kirby enemy, and proceeded to bite Syko, thus avoiding a cartoony headbonk. -10 damage-

Syko: AAGGH! Get them off!

He flails around, the Scarfies still clamping on to him.

The third Scarfy comes back and lunges at Wirby, but with a quick spear block, all that it bit into was the dreamwood. He thrusts a spear, and it goes flying back.

Syko: Still enduring pain here!

Wirby: Uh..

He twirls his spear, and goes into Spearcopter, then swoops toward Syko.

Wirby: Grab on to my foot!

He does, and Wirby stops twirling the spear and just hangs on, making the spear twirl him.

After a few seconds of spinning rapidly in midair, the Scarfies go fly in different directions.

Wirby: It’s just like Soviet Russieeguuuh.. I think I’m ganna be sick..

The velocity lets up, and they come crashing down.

Syko: Not your best plan.. but it worked.. Ugh..

The two Scarfies explode, leaving one left. Syko sends a Pulse Wave at it, but it swoops under the green wave and chomps at him. -9 damage-  Wirby thrusts his spear at high speeds, a Rapid Thrust. The Scarfy can’t take all the hits, and explodes.

Wirby: Well.. we did it.

Syko: Yep. Now let’s find that golden honey..

They walk down the forest path, map in hand.

Syko: Why are we searching for honey again? Crafting something?

Wirby: Well, it’s apparently very sought out and made by the bees that live here..

Syko: Bees? Really? I would have never guessed.

Wirby: Can you go one moment without insult.. woah.. look!

A giant tree is in sight, with a giant hive of bees.

Syko: That must be it!

They dash over to the tree.

Wirby: Um.. how are we ganna get the honey?

Syko: I think you should do it while I supervise.

Wirby: Why can’t you do it?

Syko: Because I’m supervising.

Wirby: Shadup.. be serious here..

Response Comment: How will you get the honey from the hive without frightening the bees? (Wirby and Syko only, again pretty obvious, but of course suggestions are okay)

..But if you think about it, the “end of the world” is closer to 2013 than 2012.

Wirby: Well, see ya, good luck with your problems and what not.

That said, Wirby and Syko depart.

Lurby: We should see if there are any travelers in the market that know anything.

Toxiko: Maybe. Though it’s pretty obvious Whispy would know, he’s an old tree.

Dritty: Okay, let’s head into the woods.

The gang, excluding two, make their way into the murky woods..

Glace: I can’t read the map..

Dritty: Hey, you’re not suppose to be messing with the supplies! It’s probably because it’s dark in these woods.. You can hardly see a foot in front of you.

Dritty sangs the map out of Glace’s fiery (but non-combustible) hands.

Dritty: ..That and you were holding it upside down..

Just then, Toxiko slams into something.

???: NAARG! Watch where you’re going!

Toxiko: Oh really? I believe it was your fault.

Mirby: Or the darkness’s faul-

???: Shut your yap!

The big-mouthed something comes into view. A short crocodile with an eggshell on its head gives Toxiko a glare.

Jr. Croc: Name’s Junior Croc, noob!

Toxiko: You’re the noob here, and that’s my word. It’s my signature, noob!

Jr. Croc: Fine, I’ll find my own signature. That one is dumb anyway.

Lurby: It actually works pretty effectively.

The others nod, and Ruby looks at Sirby for approval, then nods.

Jr. Croc: No it doesn’t!

Lurby: Nope.avi

Jr. Croc: Maybe I’ll figure one out after I beat you down, greeny.

Dritty draws Palletio.

Jr. Croc: No! This is just between us, jester boy!

Toxiko: I wouldn’t need their help anyway, you’re a noob. In both ways.

Jr. Croc recklessly lunges at Toxiko, but he dodges with a quick reflex and swings a poison punch. It slams against Jr. Croc’s hard shell on his head.

Toxiko: *shakes hand* Arrg! What kind of egg headed, pun intended of course, alligator family do you come from?

Jr. Croc: None of your business! But that’s not all..

The loud mouthed croc focuses hard.. and a spike emerges from his eggshell!

Toxiko: ..Amazing. Now say bye.

He hurls a toxic blob at Jr. Croc, but he headbutts it and the spike pops it, leaving the blob popped in a gooey mess.

Jr. Croc: Heheh..

Toxiko: Not a problem. Sludge tsunami! ..Hey, I’m good at that.

A giga wave of toxins towers over Jr. Croc, but he locks his head in and jumps through the gunk, unsuspectingly headbutting Toxiko.

Jr. Croc: Who’s the boss now? *cough, gag, etc.*

Glace: I am!

Toxiko: Shush, noob.

Dritty: Are you sure you don’t need our help?

Toxiko: Yeah, he’s just been.. lucky..

Lurby: You leveled up before, maybe you have a new attack.

Toxiko: Hm.. maybe.

He stands up, and before he starts to prepare a move, Jr. Croc comes running with another headbutt. Suddenly, the ground below Toxiko turns a greenish brown, and a gash of toxic sprouts from the ground, sending Jr. Croc into the sky.

Toxiko: Awesome! Gunk geiser! I’m so good at this.

He springs up, and slugs a poison punch in midair, the impact so large, it impales Jr. Croc into the ground.

Jr. Croc: Ooogg..

Toxiko: Haha, noob! I win.

Jr. Croc: I saved this for just in case you get insanley lucky..

He pulls out a helmet with many spikes on it, and puts it on. A perfect fit. Temporary spikes emerge from him in all weak spots.

Jr. Croc: Heh heh, I got this baby for a cheap one ching! The guy said it was one k, whatever that means. Probably stands for ching. *cough* *gag* Ugh.. stupid giant poison wave thing..

With Jr. Croc well protected, Toxiko has less of a chance finishing him off.

Oh yeah; *clears throat* and a happy new year!

In other news, I’m in the process of making a SMW hack called Mario and the Treasure of Mt. Ridgerock. If you don’t know what a SMW hack is, it’s an edited version of the game Super Mario World. (I’m pretty sure all of you know, excluding a certain idiotic someone)

If anyone would like to contribute to this game, feel free to comment ideas.

During the break, I’ll work on parts of Dream Busters and my hack whenever I get a chance. If I find Wi-fi, I’ll go on chat. (My grandma has Wi-fi.. but last time I was there it took about 5 minutes to load a page, and pretty sure it would take years to download Java to go on chat)

Each of the Kirbies faced off against one flytrap monsters, and began to fight.

Toxiko launched a poison blob from afar at the flytrap, and it hits. He quickly runs to it while it’s dazed, and slugs a poison punch for massive damage.

Toxiko: Problem, plant noob?

Toxiko immediately jumps back and begins to charge a poison blob. The flytrap retaliates and morphs its jagged leaves into vines, and extends them to whip Toxiko! -13 damage-

Toxiko tries again to set up a perfect poison punch by sending a poison blob flying from afar, but the flytrap monster whips it, and it shatters in midair, though the toxins have an effect on the vine. It runs at him and chomps, but Toxiko jumps back quickly. The flytrap repetitively clamps its sharp plant teeth, Toxiko continuing to avoid it. The flytrap morphs its leaves into vines again, one being withered and shorter from whipping the toxic blob. Two cracks of a vine whip are aimed at Toxiko, but he poison punches to counter, and the vines get more withered. The flytrap is weak and things look good for Toxiko.

While Toxiko finishes the flytrap off, Mirby is fighting another. The flytrap morphs its leaves, and attacks Mirby. She sidesteps and summons magic cards, and they slice through the air at the flytrap’s vines. One of the vines is cut, and is disabled. The flytrap’s other option is chomping, so it lunges at Mirby and gets ready to crush her in its gaping jaws, but Mirby strikes the mouth with a starburst, keeping it open. The flytrap unable to effectively attack, Mirby has a sheer advantage.

Meanwhile, Lurby takes on one of the many venus monsters. The flytrap whips a vine at Lurby, but he blocks it with his pan. It immediately whips with the other, but Lurby is agile and tilts his pan, blocking it. The flytrap rapidly cracks vine whips, Lurby blocking them. Soon, it’s tired out, giving Lurby a chance. He ignites his pan, and whacks the flytrap, sending it back with a burn. From a long distance, it extends its vines and whips Lurby, who tries to block both with one blockage, but only blocks one, and gets hit by the other. -13 damage-

The flytrap being tired out, Lurby should be able to finish him easily.  Glace fights another one of the flytraps.

Glace: I know! I will use pules then dodge then pules then boom, I win! Women worker!

With that said, Glace unleashes a pulse wave at the flytrap, which hits him head on. It comes in to attack, but Glace dodges. Many whips keep coming, and soon enough, the flytrap learns his repetitive unoriginal ‘attack, dodge, attack, dodge’ pattern. Two vine whips strike Glace, and he falls to the ground. A gaping chomp clamps Glace, and he is severely hurt. He sends a wave of pulse, or ‘pules’, at the flytrap, who easily avoids it, since he saw it coming.

With Glace injured and no thought of changing up his strategy by the slightest, things don’t look bright.

As the flytrap goes for another whip, Sirby slices a different flytrap with her water sword. Though sharp, the plant monster seems to absorb most of the damage due to it being water. Sirby slashes, and the flytrap whips at her blade to deflect.

Sirby wills water to form a spiral shape, and makes a small whirlpool. The vortex of water sucks the flytrap in, doing little damage bit by bit, the water still being absorbed. When the water fades, the flytrap lands on the ground, slightly injured. It gets up and extends its vines, whipping at Sirby, but she blocks with her sword, as expected. The water element in the sword strengthens the vine, and it whips again with a crushing blow against the ground.

Sirby: Uh oh..

Another giant vine smashes at Sirby, dishing good damage. -21 damage-

The fight continues on, and Ruby is facing one, a little less confident because of lack of experience.  The flytrap lunges at Ruby, who dodges, but falls back. She gets up then charges a bolt in her hands, and it releases as a powerful needle of electricity towards the flytrap, but with bad aim. It misses.

Ruby: I’ve got to learn to control that..

The monster lashes out a vine whip, and Ruby is hit head on. -14 damage- It tries another, but she uses a static bolt, and the current of electricity goes through vine, then shocks the flytrap. It lunges at Ruby, and chomps, but she quickly steps back. The flytrap rapidly chomps at Ruby, and eventually she stumbles down and gets a giant chomp.

Meanwhile, Wirby blocks a whip with a quick motion of his spear.  He thrusts his spear at the monster, and it avoids it, but another stab is thrown, which hits it. Wirby hurls a spear at the knocked back flytrap, but it steps back, then extends its vine to whip him. The spear appears back in Wirby’s hand. He avoids the whip and counters with another stab, but the flytrap stops the spear by wrapping its vine around it. Wirby tries pulling it back, but it has too much grip.

Wirby: Who do you think you are, Bulbasaur?

While the flytrap holds on tightly with one vine, it whips Wirby with the other, who falls back.

Syko looks over to Wirby as he swings his Cyberblade.

Syko: Wirby! I mean.. HAHA!

He blocks a whip with his Cyberblade, and it begins to slowly disappear.  Syko lunges at the flytrap and slices across him in midair. It goes flying back, and Syko’s cyberblade denigrates.

Syko: Ha!

While the flytrap is down, Syko sends a wave of pulse at it, but it gets up and dodges, then runs toward him. Syko charges a pulse beam, but before it’s ready to be fired, the flytrap extends its vine and whacks him.

As Syko tries to cope with the flytrap, Dritty’s paintbrush turns a bright red, and ignites. He slashes at the flytrap, who avoids the flaming brush. It lashes a whip at Dritty, but he deflects it with the side of Palletio. He immediately raises the brush, and the paint turns the bright mix of all the colors as it did before, and the flytrap is uppercut in a Nyan fashion. It lands back on the ground, eyes in cartoony swirls.

Soon, all the battles end, one way or another (In other words, basically some of the Kirbies failed to epic proportions and needed the others to assist them)

Toxiko: Well that could of gone better.. They make it look hard.

Dritty: It was sort of hard..

Glace, Sirby, Ruby, Wirby, and Syko are all KO’d. Sudden stars circle Mirby and Lurby, and newborn power flows through them!

Toxiko: That ‘level up’ thing again? I swear, if that 4th wall talks again I will-

His rant is interrupted by the panic of the police and mayor.

Mayor: It’s gone!

Mirby: What’s gone?

Police: The Cappy relic. It makes the water from the Fountain of Dreams able to flow to the fountain here. Without it, the water won’t heal..

Dritty: What? When did it disappear?

Mayor: As soon as those horrendous plants intruded, in all the commotion, they must of taken it!

Police: *looks over to the fainted Kirbies* There still is some water left if you need to heal your friends.

Dritty: Don’t worry, we’ll get it back.. Where ever the other flytraps went..

Mirby: Why would Lant’s forces need that relic? It just connects the healing water..

The admins splash some of the leftover healing water on Glace, Ruby, Sirby, Wirby, and Syko.

Glace: Wuh? I won!

Lurby: No Glade, you didn’t. As before.

Dritty explains to them what mayor and police said.

Sirby: Relic, huh? We can do that. Right, Ruby?

Ruby: Uh.. yeah!

Mirby: First of all, we need to locate the jungle..

Police: It’s certainly not near here. You’re going to need to find some information.

Toxiko: You’re the police, you’re suppose to know these things! And hey, you didn’t even fight back there! What kind of police are-

Police: Enough! And.. I was.. er.. supervising. Yes.

Glace: I know!

Everyone looks to Glace.

Glace: We should go to the jungle!

Everyone: …

Toxiko: -to Lurby- Where did you meet this guy again?

Lurby whispers something to Toxiko and his eye twitches.

Mayor: All I can think of is asking the locals..  Some long-time members of Cappy Town might know.

Toxiko: If you’re the Mayor, aren’t you the FIRST member?

Mayor: Er.. not exactly what I meant, but..

Police: There is a place to eat; Caperroni, a market, a blacksmith, and an old man who is knowledgeable used to live here. I don’t know where he is now.

Wirby: What about Tabu?

Mirby: He’s only really a fortune giver, not a navigator.

Wirby: Yeah, he’ll give us a fortune on where to go. Simple!

Mirby: It doesn’t work that way..

Wirby: Syko, right now you’d usually correct me or insult my logic or something.

Syko: Well, I’m just thinking..

Wirby: That’s a new one.

Syko: Don’t push it! Anyway, I was thinking about just the two of us going on expeditions. I want to find the true strength of us.

Wirby: Well.. what about the Dream Busters and saving the world?

Syko: We can pay them a visit time to time. Maybe we could even help them out in Jade Jungle if we meet.

Wirby looks to Dritty, Mirby, and Toxiko.

Toxiko: As I always say, the less idiots the better!

Syko and Wirby give a glare.

Toxiko: Ha. I was just kidding. Well, Dritty, you’re the main leader here. What do you think?

Dritty: I guess it’s okay. I understand. Make sure you meet us back in Cappy Town when you get a break, we need all the help we can get.
